God Is In Control

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. – Proverbs 3:5

As we are born, we are dependent on our parents and others around us. Yet, as we grow older, we strive to be independent. Now I’m not saying independence is bad, but sin can sneak in and ruin it. Sin and Satan will lie to you and make you think that you don’t need anyone. But true wisdom is found in God, trusting in Him. He is the one who has redeemed you. He is the one who continually provides for you. Do not let your ego or the lies of the evil one change things,

God is in control, trust in Him. Your own understanding will eventually break under the pressure of this world, but if you lean on God, you will be held firm. And when trusting in God is hard to impossible, call on Him. You can trust in God because He is good and He cares for you. You can lean on Him because He is mighty to uphold you. And when you cannot face life or the difficulties found therein, lean on Him, he will sustain you.
